Free local delivery in Leicester for orders over £50. 

Free in store click and collect available, next day if orders placed before 2pm.

If there are any delays with your order due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding the status of shipment. 

RETURNS POLICY

All product(s) can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from item received. A return slip will be provided with your order for you to fill out. Please note that the product must be unused, with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. For further assistance please contact customerservice@jaanleicester.uk 

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. We do not provide cash refunds. You will be credited for the cost of the item(S). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. 

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be accepted as a return unless you have received a faulty item. This does not affect your right to return faulty items. If the item is faulty, please contact our customer service team customerservice@jaanleicester.uk

Exchange or refunds may not be possible in stores during promotion or busy periods. We reserve our right to refuse returns of goods which include a hygiene element. We may accept returns if the returned products are unused, intact and unopened in their original packaging in a condition which is suitable for resale.

Refunds

Refunds may be allowed in strictly exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or appears to have a manufacturing default. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. 

EXCHANGE

If you would like an exchange please return the item(s) for an exchange clearly mentioned on the return slip provided. 

Note: If you are exchanging a product for which we had offered free delivery, re-delivery costs will be charged. 

SALE ITEMS 

Please note the returns and exchange policy does not apply for purchasing sale items.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order any time before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is dispatched or shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing the tracking information. Once a product is shipped our returns policy will apply and cannot be cancelled.
