We charge £4.99 for delivery in the UK, and offer free local delivery in Leicester for orders over £50. There is an option for Free click and collect in store, next day if orders placed before 2pm.
Yes, all our products are inclusive of VAT.
For all in stock items delivery in the UK can take from 2-5 working days, but please allow 3-7 working days for delivery as there may be delays due to government restrictions and controls in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dispatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible. If it has not been possible to contact you, we will refund the amount to you.

Once we receive your return, it will be checked to see if it eligible for a return by our team. A majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile. At times beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. We recommend to dry clean all our garments.
